Friday, September 10

Alcohol Tile Workshop: Pine Tree Model A member, Leslie Robbins, will lead a class to create Alcohol Ink paintings on porcelain tiles. NO art skills required! All materials are included in the $15 fee for the class. Come join the fun Friday at 3:00 pm. ** Workshop Full - Sold Out **

Friday Evening BBQ: Join us for a New England BBQ, featuring chicken, pulled pork, mac and cheese, coleslaw and baked beans. Presentations to follow dessert.

Saturday, September 11

Saturday Breakfast: Before heading for your “A”, stop by for a continental breakfast offering coffee, tea, juice fruit, muffins, and yogurt.

Grand Tour: Line up at the bottom of Summit Road (hotel entrance road) at the intersection with Sunday River Road where there is a big red entrance sign and stone wall.

“2020”ne vision is needed to locate landmarks described in the directions as we make our way to the Bahre Collection. This is an extraordinary private collection of antique and classic vehicles housed on an historic estate overlooking the White Mountains. There is something for everyone car-wise, as well as a great antique doll collection, old toys, horse- drawn carriages, player pianos, and a jukebox for those with broader interests.

Car Judging: Peer judging will be held on Saturday at the completion of the grand tour and prior to visiting the museum. Parking attendants will be directing you to the appropriate category. Classes will be designated by years, 28-29 open, 28-29 closed, 30-31 open, 30 closed, 31 closed, woody, and commercial – 7 categories unless the woodies and commercial are combined. All registered participants may cast their ballots for the vehicle they deem the best in each class.

Hubley Derby: Entries must be a Hubley/Gabriel or Scale Model die cast metal kit and cannot weigh more than 1 pound 5 oz. A minimum of six entrants will be required to hold the event.

Saturday Evening: Music by “The Reminisants” will once again take us back to the good ol’ days while we enjoy dinner and dancing.

Sunday, September 12

Sunday Buffet Breakfast: Finish the weekend off with a full stomach at the buffet while hopefully claiming your raffle prizes. Listen to a preview of the 2022 NE Meet to be hosted by MARCOM.

Repair Tent
A repair tent will be set up in the parking lot of the Sunday River Resort.
